What kind of camera should I buy the movies with friends and shooting games?

I am a boy of fifteen who want to obtain a camcorder. I Definently must be less than $ 400. The cheapest possible, but it has to be good. I will use for the movies with friends, shooting sports games (eg, Ultimate Frisbee), etc.
