Should I buy the warranty repair of my Master SLR Nikon D90 and one for 18-200mm?

I'm thinking about buying a Nikon D90 SLR and 18-200mm J & R Store, but I approach to buy coverage accidental Repair Master products. Is it worth it? The camera is $ 999.99 and the goal is $ 650.
