This is a really good camera? brands? What colors? functions?

Im getting a new camera for my birthday, and is simply soo cool, I do not know the options you get. I really do not want a silver, almost all cameras are silver. IM looking for a bright green if there is a good camera out there that is green. Other bright colors such as pink, blue are good too. chargable batteries cameras operate best for me. suggestionss anyyy?
